Poetry Day Ireland was held on Thursday May 2nd. We celebrated Poetry Day by making a Poet-Tree. We chose our favourite poems and wrote them out on Leaves. Everyone read their favourite poem for the class and then we hung them on our Poet-tree.

This is a Project on Dogs
This project was done after we researched history about our School. We found records from the Schools Collection on the Dúchas website. In the 1930's pupils from our school collected and recorded folklore from older people in and around Ballyshannon. These records are preserved by Dúchas. Each pupil in the class researched a story. One pupil found a story which was collected from one of his relations.
