The Amber Flag
Amber Flag 2024/25
The Amber Flag Committee have been busy hosting various events throughout the year such as 'Anti-Bullying Week' and 'Kindness Week'.
Their hard work has paid off and we have been awarded the Amber Flag again for this year.
Well Done to all students and staff for creating such a great learning environment and positive atmosphere in our school.
The Amber Flag Committee 24/25 had a treat in P. O' Neills for all of their hard work this year. (June 25)

During ‘Well-being Week’ , the school hosted a Mindfulness and Yoga day where all students were given the opportunity to take part in a range of Positive Mental Health activities (the proceeds of this event went to Pieta House). The Amber Flag Team also held a colouring competition for Junior Infants to 2nd Class and a poster competition for 3rd Class to 6th Class entitled ‘What Makes Me Happy’. The names of the competition winners are announced below and there will be prizes for the winners when we return to school.
Our school has maintained our flag each year and we are going from strength to strength.
